Refund and Cancellation Policy

At DocTrue Technologies Private Limited, we facilitate appointment bookings through our customized WhatsApp chatbot integrated with the hospital’s brand. Below is our refund and cancellation policy for bookings made through the WhatsApp chatbot:

1. Consultation Cancellation and Refunds

  • Full Refund on Consultation Fee: If you cancel a consultation booked through the hospital’s WhatsApp chatbot, the consultation fee will be refunded in full, excluding the ₹50 non-refundable booking convenience fee.

  • Non-Refundable Booking Convenience Fee: The ₹50 booking convenience fee is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds for the consultation fee will be processed within 3-4 working days following confirmation of the cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.

2. Non-Refundable Booking Confirmation Fee

  • Standalone Booking Confirmation Fee: In cases where only the ₹50 booking confirmation fee is paid (without a consultation fee), this amount is non-refundable, regardless of whether the consultation is canceled, completed, or missed.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Missed Appointments (No-Show): If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation (no-show) booked through the WhatsApp chatbot, no refund will be issued for either the consultation fee or the ₹50 booking confirmation fee.

By using the WhatsApp chatbot to book a consultation, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

DocTrue Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
